Undercover Roasters 40% cocoa drinking chocolate has been specifically crafted with the finest ingredients.
Hot:
1. Add 3-4 teaspoons (20g) into a cup
2. Pour 250ml of hot milk of your choice
3. Stir and enjoy!
Cold:
1. Add 3-4 teaspoons (20g) into a tall glass, along with a little hot water and make a paste
2. Fill glass with cold milk of your choice
3. For a little extra, add ice or ice cream, then blend or shake and enjoy!
Liquid Concentrate:
1. Add 250g of 40% Cocoa into a large bowl
2. Add 500ml of boiling water
3. Using a whisk, thoroughly stir. Once fully mixed, pour into a squeeze bottle for storage
4. Use approx. 30ml to a cup
5. Add hot or cold milk, stir and enjoy!
